LANDSCAPE EUROPE is registered as a Foundation under Dutch Law. The organisational structure of LANDSCAPE EUROPE consists of four main components:

1. the Executive Board,
    
2. the Network General Board,
    
3. the Network Members,
    
4. the Network Coordinating Office,
    

The organisation of the Network is subject to review by the Steering Board and can be revised after 2 years. The organisation's structure is laid down in the official statutes and regulations.
